For Donors

Georgia’s PEACH Education Tax Credit offers an exciting opportunity for individuals and businesses to advance public education in the state of Georgia at no additional cost to you or your corporation.

All Georgia taxpayers are eligible to receive a dollar-for-dollar state income tax credit in exchange for a contribution to GFPE. Funds raised through the PEACH Education Tax Credit support innovation and foster academic success in Georgia’s K-12 public schools.

The PEACH Education tax credit is capped at $15 million and is approved on a first-come, first-served basis, so do not hesitate to apply for yourself or your corporation before the cap is met!

Where Your Dollars Can Go

One of the best features of the PEACH Education Tax Credit is that you can choose where your tax dollars go. You can send your tax dollars to the tax credit general fund which funds several annual grant programs, including the Innovative Education Fund and the Rural Education & Innovation Fund. Read about some of the projects funded through PEACH and see the impact of your tax credit dollars

Designating Your Dollars

You can also designate your state income tax dollars to work for your community when you designate your PEACH contribution to a school or district of your choice, if it is an approved school fundraising plan partner.
